Community Management Associates (CMA) is a full service community management company with nearly 20 years combined experience. Unlike most large management companies, we are focused on service rather than growth. CMA’s goal is not to be the largest management company, but to be the best management company within the Coachella Valley. We have managed large communities as well as communities which have only 30 units. We have managed on site as well as portfolio.
Our background and experience in other fields set us apart from most management companies. We focus on details and follow up with Board Members, homeowners, tenants and vendors. We are ready and prepared to tackle all HOA tasks from emergency preparedness programs, to website creation, to negotiating vendor contracts. We have extensive experience in landscaping, construction, grounds maintenance and customer service in prior companies we’ve owned as well as previous employment.
